Alternatively, you may mix 1/4 cup avocado oil with 1/4 cup aloe vera gel. Other suitable oils are grape seed and sesame oil.
Avocado facial mask
This facial mask is extremely effective on dry skin. Mash half a ripe avocado and apply it on your face for 15mins. You can add 1 teaspoon of olive oil for extra moisturizing effect. Rinse off with warm water.

Make a paste by mixing 1/4 peeled & smashed avocado, 1 egg white, 2 tablespoons of oatmeal and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Apply this paste on your hand and leave it for 20 minutes. Rinse it with warm water and pat it dry.
Use a small bowl to mix 2 teaspoons of flax seeds and1/2 a mashed banana. Scoop the banana and flax seed with avocado peel. Massage this scoop gently on your face in circular motion. Rinse it with warm water and pat dry.
